Parents Code of Conduct:
At Berea Albion Football Club, we value the positive influence parents can have on the sporting experience for their children. To ensure a supportive and respectful environment for everyone, we kindly ask parents to adhere to the following guidelines:
No Sideline Coaching:
Avoid coaching from the sidelines. While your support is invaluable, please leave the coaching to the designated coaches who have a comprehensive plan in place.
Respectful Communication:
Refrain from any form of abuse directed towards coaches, whether ours or opponents'. Disagreements should be addressed privately with the coach or head coach.
Zero Tolerance for Racial Abuse:
Any form of racial abuse will result in immediate expulsion from the Club, without exceptions.
Sportsmanship Matters:
Swearing, abusive language, or mistreatment of officials and opponents will not be tolerated.
Alcohol-Free Zone:
Drinking alcohol next to the field is strictly prohibited.
Represent with Pride:
Always display acceptable behavior, remembering that you represent Berea Albion Football Club. Your conduct reflects on the entire Club.
Minimal Pressure on Children:
Avoid placing unnecessary pressure on your child. Remember, it's still a game!
Teaching through Example:
Be humble in victory and gracious in defeat. Your behavior serves as a powerful teaching tool for your child, emphasizing the importance of sportsmanship and respect.
